the assassination of jesse james by the coward robert ford

soapy [Edit] [Delete] 14:58, 9 December '07

very slow and much longer than i thought it would be, but i enjoyed it.
the story was told well, most of the acting was good unfortunately it was the chap playing robert ford who let the side down a little.

the guys i saw it with one thought it was too slow and long and the other thought it was FAR TOO SLOW and FAR TOO LONG with really poor acting.

the warren ellis nick cave soundtrack is excellent possibly a bit better than the proposition's, although i'll have to rewatch that to make sure i'm not hideously wrong.

anyone else seen it ?
plus nick cave even turns up for a few minutes and appears to be wearing his everyday street wear yet blends in perfectly.
