How do you fool them into giving you the job so you get a chance to prove yourself?
and that of course you realise that there would be additional training required, but you don't want to stay at your current level and this is why you are looking to make a move... that this stretch is important in your career development.
I'm at level 'one'. this job is at level 'three'. I have, in the past but not in this current job, been working at level 'two'. that was three years ago.
I'd really like this job, I've worked there before and it's SO MUCH MORE MONEY than I'm on now.
I'd still hate it and want to quit to be a musician but the extra money would ease my pain. And it'd be more interesting.

Money is important for survival.
Also, should you get the job by this method, don't do what I did and subsequently ask how to do things you said on your CV you already knew how to do.
Not everyone's boss is about the lulz like mine.
I could blates do the stuff I'd have to claim to have done. I'd be able to blag it no probs. They'd semi-expect me not to know what to do tbh.
