Bigger Shoe - heh heh. Anyway I know the first time I ever saw a Big Issue seller, sorry, vender was at university in 1994 and during my first year I must have bought it every week, sometimes twice, out of guilt, and once three times, twice off the same vendor as it was his last copy - I even had my own 'regular' who was always outside HMV so I had to stop and talk to him.

My last copy however? probably about 8 years ago, tying in with when I started to work and moved to London - have I become less tolerant or right wing or do I feel less guilty, or am i just in the habit of avoid any type of street vendor as Im a cynical 'busy' 'Londoner?
