Anyone ever done it?
whilst he was drunkenly passed out.
What actually happens? Do hot girls instantly run round to your house?
I wasn't sure if I should go for it but the advert did say "If you're single... or even if you're not" and that just about includes me so I took the plunge! It was quite surprising!
It took longer for me to spell FLIRT correctly than it did for the hott girls to arrive! I remember thinking "who knows where it could lead?".
I think I'm sufficiently desperate to believe that's true. Thanks!
You would not believe some of the stuff people texted back
so I would.
One guy told my ex he like to wrap her head in a polythene bag and smack her arse with a hairbrush as she gasped for air.
i hope they get paid well for hearing that kind of warped shit!
i think i could do it and it sounds like easy money.
we could tag team text sex them
heh - examples puuuuurlease :)
First off, it was amazing how few people could spell a word that was on screen for 30 seconds and 5 letters long.
Anyway, some examples -
There were a lot of "Hi"s
Also the call to action was text "flirt" - so the amount of people who texted
was incredible. You can't even follow a basic instruction!
But my favourite is a toss up (arf) between "I'm wanking right now" and "Hi. Help. What do i do know?"
I work for a company and my job used to be a texter( before I got promoted). I had to pretend I was a Thai girl/gay fireman/fit lass and text sex to strangers.
This is true.
'I'm going to fuck you so hard with my 8 inch cock....i'm going to bend you over.'
It's all fake.
Anyway it's all a con. That's all you need to know.
i'd be amazing at this.
Although my new-found hatred of men spoilt any relationships I had.
'I'm wearing my wife's panties, she's gone out with the kids, looking for a dom guy to shaft me hard up the ars.'
We also look after the phone sex, horoscope lines etc etc
can you not work from home? i don't think i'd really want to sit in an office texting mucky things to middle aged men. if i could sit at home and eat pizza while doing it i'd love it.
all done on a computer to other phones in an office. It was quite fun, but I needed therapy towards the end.
£15 an hour! but mrcherry wasn't keen on the idea
I think I'd end up laughing though. However I could well work sex texting.
and you can work from home with the phone lines.
do you think i could do it, marilyn?
also does it make you immune to any sexy talk? cos i like sexy talk. but anyway i reckon i'd be ace at this job. i'd prefer to text too. how does it work? TELL ME MORE TELL ME MORE LIKE COULD YOU EARN A CAR?
UH HU UH HU
DOOBIE DO WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
(i dont really want to buy a car but you know what i mean)
seriously. Course you could do it, but don't
rning lots of money and im great at being filthy (sorry mummy)
is it scary though? i get scared :(
are they? They're dating lines. Or am I being naive?
think about it, sugar plum x
I had to start this thread :(
but there is clearly a BBC3 sitcom and very possibly a movie in there too!
I had no idea that this whole secret subculture based around obscure teletext pages existed.
Teletext was all the rage b4 the advent of the www. I remember Tresco Elder with the remote and a chomped up pencil jotting down the details of mid-age housewives with nowt doing of a day time except nappies and forlorn looks of "I got a hubby but I ain't getting any" This ritual used to always take place when Neighbours was on and as there was only 1 telly in the household it was rather annoying, god! I used to hate him back then. Many years later he fondly revealed that it was actually responsible for the loss of his virginity and his amazing skills in pulling birds as he used to say.
I really had no idea that any of this went on. It makes sense though in a pre-internet age.
We always had clapped out tellies that lacked the teletext/ceefax function and as such this is a mystery to me.
I vaguely recall using teletext at my friend's house a few times due to the fact that (bizarrely) there was a Neds Atomic Dustbin information page on there at one point.
I guess it must have been the precursor to internet dating, but, with the added risk of blind dating due to the lack of photographs!!!
i used to love teletext.
we we eventually got a teletext telly i felt to minted!
