Chop the onion, fry it until soft, chop up the pork, put that in, keep on cooking until the meet looks done, chop the tomato up put that in, season it, stir in a tablespoon of the greek yoghurt, then serve with the pasta.
And the rest of the stuff is so tasty, the quality of the meat doesn't really matter. Just buy good meat that's been marked down because its about to go off, thats what I do.
i.e tomato sauce with whatever vegetables you want in it.
the onions in some butter add the leeks and potoatoes and carrots then some vegetable stock. Boil away for a while until the vegetables are relatively soft. You could either blend it to make a soup or add some of the pasta and make a broth type thing...

You'll probably end up with a tiny, cylindrical mound of rice topped with a single cubed tomato, in a leek coulis. Or something.
