meh
nye is always really crap - i'm not bothering with a club or anything. if i am actually in london and not in the middle of a bloody field in france, i'll probably find a good gig to go to. then go home and drink champagne.
I understand the reservations, and haven't been out myself on NYE for a long time. However this year I want a fucking blow-out. Yess. Any ideas? (Not involving Fabric.)
Find something that's less than £25 to get into. Because if you pay £50 to get into a 'decent' club, i'll guarantee you 1) it will be crap and 2) you'll be slapping yourself for spending that sort of cash.
I've got no idea on venues i'm afraid; i stopped looking at new year's stuff after two or three consecutive crap club nights in a row.
for The Cross, pretty much the best club in London in terms of atmosphere. Being bulldozed on the 2nd of Jan to make way for a railroad for the bastard olympic games. Massive shame.
Right.
I'm not trying to groom victims, y'know.
possibly nothing
i don't see the point in celebrating new years
