LET'S GO! COME ON! please
if anyone wants to come then okay, cool, i'm really excited)
I went there on Wednesday for a preview. It was really interesting. Some of the exhibits weren’t finished though. And they had a map which you got punched at different areas - it was awesome! It’s focused towards children but I happily spent 3 hours there which considering my level of tolerance for museums is a feat.
it'll be mobbed there this weekend
Not that I'll pay
One of my first memories was of being in the York transport museum.
£5 for students
free for under 16s.. reckon i could get away with being 15?
(/abandon something or other)
a question I have pondered many a time
your first today
one of the few good things my brother has ever done for me.
this is bigger than when mornington crescent re-opened
(i dont get it)
i'm so excited about the posters! shit me
My brother has an awesome poster advertising Chesham tube station. I keep trying to steal it from him.
nicked a load of signs from the tubes, including my personal fave about bnot eating smelly food on the tube, with the picture being a massive butcher with loads of meat around him.
i was genuinely shocked when i saw the underground sign there
the glasgow one has trams in it
cars are the most boring thing on earth
trains over planes. The Underground is especially fascinating.
Planes fascinate me.
I love everything about flying. Its one of lifes greatest pleasures.
(apart from the flight home from connect)
then the train ride to Bath?
i feel the same way about trains. and buses. fucking buses!!
you are correct. god i love trains. GOD.
it's looking nice in there I can tell you.
I thought it was only a gimmick they used to put people off getting out at Covent Garden.
