so i just got a boring job yesterday at a market research thingy where i call people and ask questions. so i go out to my favourite pub and celebrate that i found a job without trying hard and it's really close to my house.
then the server comes up to me and is all like "hey ella, you know how i'm leaving in a week to go to thailand? well, do you want to replace me here? i just talked to my boss a few hours ago, you gotta come in tomorrow and i'll get you the job!"

BUT i've never worked in a pub before..i don't know how stressful it'd be...is it? i don't want her sticking her neck out for me like that (especially as i hardly know the girl!) and then end up quitting soon after i start!

please advise
