Has any film in history ever had a more meaningless and factually inaccurate tagline than this?
what the hell is it?
I've never actually seen it but get the impression it's a horrible cliche-fest.
But for some reason that said phrase from the film has stuck with certain people who seem to regard it as a useful piece of advice practical to everyday life. I presume they've never been in a relationship but can't be sure on this.
'Years go by, and the young couple attempt to have children, only to discover that she is malfunctioning'
I don't think they thought it through AT all. Heh.
Barbara Striesand is a robot. She usually goes by the name 'Mecha-Streisand'.
<insert Simpsons' quote>
Love is always having to say you're sorry?
it's a good tagline.
Better than 'this time, it's personal'. No it isn't. It's a shark, an animal without the ability to conceive the concept of revenge. It's not personal.
if it's the sunuvvabitch who's shot your best bud and done stolen your girl?
in space no-one can hear you scream. true, but most the time they arent actually in space, but on a ship, or on a planet. and when they are in space, they would have to be wearing space suits, which would probably have radio equipment in them. Finally, if you had to shout because an alien was attacking you, you would hope that someone was close enough to see you, else it would probably be too late.
Of course it's personal - sharks just know about these things...
but a good film. very depressing, obviously.
Love is never having to say you're sorry... for arcing your gub all over her massive orbs.
To clarify: long term relationships necessarily involve becoming so comfortable with someone that all of your worst personality traits come to the fore, which leads to APOLOGIES.
