Not really. Or not exactly.
Basically I'm sure I read that some people on here make a batch of sandwiches at the start of the week, freeze em then defrost as and when.
I'm tempted by this concept as, having recently gained employment, I find that too often I won't bother preparing sandwiches the night before, and won't have time during the morning. And thus spunk more money than is necessary into J Sainsbury.
So what I'd like, if anyone here actually does utilise the method outlined above, is a list of things that do work, and won't kill me etc. And maybe a warning as to what won't work and will kill me, if you've come across any...
