Why is my cheese omelette rubbery tasting? What have I done wrong? How do you make a nice omelette?
Then, you think back to whether than was REALLY enough of a whipping you gave the eggs.

Get fresh eggs, they taste better, rubbery omelette or not. And use milk sparingly.
It makes it taste nicer.
it just makes it taste less like eggs. the taste comes from the pepper, cheese ham and stuff.

I was actually thinking of taking photographs and doing a story board
perhaps next time I make an omelette I'll do you a pdf
