Methods to calm me down
I am having a slight nervous breakdown. Can´t sleep at night and constantly worrying..
all of this is because:
I am organizing 4 gigs in a row and I haven´t got enough sponsors from them yet
I have to speak infront of people twice this week( the thing that terrifies me the most)
I am playing at a festival this Satuday( my hands are shaken already)
I am having a bloody course next Monday and I never taught before..
so I should have a tea or what??
