I read an article about it on the BBC yesterday and it stated that, despite what one might initially assume, it's been forensically proven as 100% genuine.
Care to find the article?
I'd like to see the article too
(it wasn't before).
That's defintiely fake. The block doesn't even fall from the same place as where the crane was.
What video did you think it was then?
But I thought I'd post something anyway and see if I turned out to be right.
And there is a comment in there claiming it's not the same crane, which would be perfectly reasonable given it's a big building site.
My reasoning for fakeness is that the driver of the other car doesn't even bother to swerve or stop.
And the reaction of the people in the car filming seems a bit inaccurate - you'd think someone'd panic or say something.
for cranes to plummet to the ground wherever that is
if someone's just been killed by a crane six feet from where you're driving you'd react somewhat. You wouldn't just shrug and say "hmm, another crane death"
In this instance it would be the counterweight that would have just loosed itself to fall down on that car. I think the counterweights are tied into a whole section of the crane.
but then I'm not able to watch it.
the first related link that came up for me was "Tree of Knowledge"
but i have no proof
