you don't REALLY need to drive regularly in London.

or can't walk.
in a high-density central business district you have to accept that there will be trade offs.
want to get outside london - can drive around the c-charge zone or pay if you want the convenience
cannot carry stuff - rare occurence, put up with the expenditure or buy bulky itens outside the c-charge area
do not want to carry babies on public transport - don't live in london
it's your job - your job should pay it for you and pass the costs on to your customers

Had to lug huge amounts of shit around all my life, wouldn't have been able to do it without a car

There aren't that many venues within the congestion charge, are there?
I mean obviously there's a few but the majority we play seem to be outside of it. Maybe we're not cool enough to play Central London :(
