Is there some sort of way to get my ex-employers told off by the Inland Revenue?

It's been a month of every-other-day-phonecalls and the fools in payroll still won't give me my P45. They should pay me the difference in my wages that i'll suffer due to the demon emergency tax.

Being a grown-up is rubbish.
