Tom for a boy and Sarah for a girl?
ben, josh, seth, joseph
shall we start listing names?
Bob Bob Bobbing Along
I am pretty set on sarah def being the most popular name for indie girls (with a few lauras in there too), but men its from:
yes you are.
I BRING THE ROCK, just ask Theo.
under the name of Starshaped.
Yes, you are indie.
Dont fight it - its not a four letter word anymore!
on a tshirt.
I heart indie t-shirt.
You know in the style of the New York ones.
most common names
Do you think the most comon names for hip hop fans are Tom and Sarah?
she lives in brixton, she's well breh!
Or is it that those are common names for the white middle classes - hence them being so popular for indie fans?
Which if true, is the least interesting fact I can think of this morning.
class in indie by the way.
James and Sarah's in the Bronx though do you? Or in the fine estates of Britain. Its more Lee and Kylie isnt it?
proof: i'm not middle class you scumhole bourgeois mifflers
i take offence to the suggestion that james/jim and jamie are the same name. jamie is not an alternative to james, whatever the fake jamie bastard shitheads might think. you know the type.
if i get asked 'so it actually says that on your birth certificate?' one more time i will actually go kill all the james's in the world.
but James's who go around calling themselves Jamie to try to be different or something are just evil evil evil evil scum burn in hell scum
that great a name anyway! the big idiots!
i fear he just assumes that working class people are thick and like 'less intelligent' music. oh dear;
Dont throw an indie strop, Jamie who likes indie and lives on the South Coast.
You are hardly bucking the trend!
i was replying to ho_fo.
living on the south coast is hardly evidence of being middle class. have you ever seen portsmouth?
actually i would say that now i probably would be defined as middle class, due to the fact that i've worked my way through higher education etc, but my background and upbringing, and the fact that I have no real financial help to fall back on should I need it still make me feel more working class...
but this is a very tedious debate, so i'll stop now.
you'd just have to be very very silly.
money on clothes or expensive phones or computers etc
which is what i did.
Look around you at any gig ever.
Your posts actually get more and more stupid.
Abort abort abort.
Was meant to be a light hearted observation of something inane, not a GCSE sociology exam question.
thats what my kids are getting called anyway
or Myfanwy's in indie.
