what do you suggest to do to get better for tomorrow?
i have already:
-drank lots of gingerroot tea with honey
-drank lots of orange juice
-taken a multivitamin pill
-taken a few zinc lonzenges
-juiced a mix of: banana, plums, apples, apricots and blueberries.
i have eaten nachos and about 4 cinnamon waffles. yes i know i'm not doing good on the food bit...
what else can help?????
