The Panther Box Set.
are they funny for grown ups?
I'd never watched them until about last year. They're completely hilarious.
The first one especially was a massive surprise, because it seemed like just a cheesy, outdated Carry On style 60s comedy until about half way through when suddenly it just becomes genius.
but then they realised people preferred Peter Sellers to Carry On style 60s comedy.
I'm going to go on a youtube search to see if it's still funny.
pink panther. got you. yeah. The cartoon was awesome too.
I had a massive pink panther stuff toy. it was 7ft tall. My mum made me throw it out. I saw one on ebay for 300 quid last year :(
include the ones they made AFTER he died?
did you enjoy the new one, with steve martin??????
it has Beyonce in it, what's not to love?
Wait a sec!
The rest of it, if the reviews are anything to go by.
but I really wish they hadn't remade it.
worst remake I've ever seen (so far), The Producers.
I thought that was quite funny actually. They should've had Larry David in it. That would've been badass.
ok, sorry, but wow that was one of the worst films I've ever seen.
The original is just brillaint...but I watched the remake and they went SO wrong.
Making the entire thing a musical, BAD MOVE, casting Uma Thurman as Ula (sp?) BAD MOVE, casting Will Ferrel in it, BAD BAD MOVE, having Matthew Broderick attempt to even begin to recreate the amazing neurotic state that Gene Wilder played in the original, BAD MOVE.
I only came close to laughing once...that was it.
I can't believe Mel Brooks wrote the screenplay for it, you'd think that would make it an ok film, but no!
I don't think I'm insane.
I did think Transformers would be bearable...
I haven't seen Transformers...
Utter, UTTER horseshit.
You'd think it'd be pretty near impossible to fuck up a film, the concept of which is basically, giant robots turn into planes and tanks and fight.
But Michael Bay has failure written on his very soul and managed it effortlessly.
my friend liked it.
then again, she did find that Right Guard advert with the clapping squirrel absolutely hilarious...hmmm.
You really have been missing our dry British humour...
hedgehog's remark. oh dear. see, my mind is DYIINGGG
