hey y'all, good people of DiS.

I have just been trying to put some films onto my new Zen, to some success.

Basically sometimes it works, and other times it says the video file is not supported and the relevant codec is not available (doing it on a comp with no internetz), even though THEY ARE THE SAME FILE TYPE!! (.avi)

Anyone had a similar problem? what do you do? is there any easy way of converting these video files into a supported format? (even though .avi IS supported...)
