I've got these FLAC files of a live 65dos set which i want to stick on my mp3 player, but it can't handle FLACs

I've tried the software supplied with the Zen, and iTunes and WMP, but none of them can convert FLACs.

Does anyone know how to do this? Or if there is any particular software I can download?
