with free haircuts and doing hair shows... is it flattering or does it happen to everyone?
You're officially better than all of us.
because obviously im pleased about free haircuts... just i suspect its nothing particularly special
three times by the SAME lady on the SAME day.
she clearly had memory probz.
also, THANKS! xxx
i considered it once but then thought i might end up with hair like this:
or worse, like this:
i was 14 and really awkward and shy. so i said NO! went bright red and ran away.
also: U R MEEN.
i liek yoor hayre, it's beeutiful :)
im gonna see what they wanna do, if i like the sound of it and its for free i think i might as well!
thatll teach me not to look at the reply thing
my hair sucks though :(
and forgot what people had said before
i could get a hair cut, too expenisive otherwise. They're not so keen now that my hair is only roughly an inche long, but i still force myself to go a long.
if it was toni and guy run away, unless you know, you want a mullet, or a faux hawk
it was just this place called jigsaw.. they have a couple of shops and are sposed to be good
see how it goes now! do you know them then?
Plus: free haircut
Minus: they're cheap - very cheap - dunno how good they'd be on that basis.
You can always ask them to restyle it if you end up looking like a complete twunt though.
compared to london prices though maybe?
their most exprienced = 42
i pay around 50 for someone who's been qualified for a couple of years. and i still come out pissed off, every single time.
anyway, good luck!
i think sort of 30 quid is standard for round here, or the really flash places are about 50. thats a lot to pay!
although the horrors are very nice people.
Often what they mean is you let hair dressing students do your hair.
I've been in hair shows before, but it was horrible. I still get my hair done for free though..
how was Canada?
I'd LOVE to go to Canada.
Although slightly stressfull. I doubt I'll ever survive through another family holiday, at my limits.
Had to cover up 'cos it was hot and I burn far far too easily. Though I'd risk a short sleeved top one day, however despite having factor fifty on, I still ended up pink.
Was forced into sea kayaking and white water rafting... Far too energetic for me. And wetsuits do not do ANYTHING for me at all...
Other than that it was great.
I liked all the crazy people. Apparently they closed a couple of mental institutions in the area and released them back into thwe community. They were the best part.
Oh and they bears... The bears were beautiful too..
- well, except for the parents bit. Did you get pics of the bears?
We saw one foraging at the side of the road. I think I went a bit dangerously close to that one. We saw loads more whilst on a boat trip, they were turning over rocks on the beach, looking for food.
Toni and Guy ARGHHHHH! I was asked to do some 'hair modelling'. CUNTS! CUNTS! At the time I had this 60s twiggy style hair cut that had started growing out at the back. So I needed to have it restyled and they left the bit I wanted cut, and gave me a FUCKING MULLET! Before I knew it she'd kind of thinned out the sides of my hair so it looked shaved and I was left with this rats tail at the back of my head. MULLETS
NO NO NO N ON NO NO ONO ONONONONONO
I did grw a nice collection of hats, but I lost a few tears :* sob
MULLETS ARE FAB!
and the person i saw is gonna cut it, and said she may use me in a show... which hopefully means itll be good!
I got to kind of tell them how I wanted it mostly anyway.
The bad part was the clothes. Had to wear jeans that were really painfully tight, high stilleto heels and a top that just may as well have not been worn at all. Felt really uncomfortable walking down a catwalk and having my pic taken. A couple of sly drinks helped a lot.
It's naturally a kind auburny colour, but I though I'd dye it blonde last night. It is now a kind of wishy washy yellowy ginger colour. YUCK. Debating whether to shave it bald again, dye it once more or just leave it for now, as I wear wigs and hats a lot anyway...
so will probably go there. It's so short though that I'm not sure if they'll even do it.
i mean my hair at the moment i like, and its not boring or anything so i hope they just change it slightly perhaps...
hopefully i dont have to wear stilletos though
'Twas hard enough to bloody walk, never mind with bloomin' attitude...
I can walk in six inch platforms, but not stillettos.
id sort of do an awkward i dont belong here thing.
stillettos are like the point things?
i used to be a hair model, it was fun. that was when i was younger and better looking and skinny and stuff.
from you. how lovely and gratuitous.
i was asking if people had similar experiences, but just for you i shall refrain from all references to myself in future.
it's so annoying.
