Swansea eh?
i hope they knock us out
C'mon the Posh!
I don't see why
we have a bye into the 3rd round, considering we play our kids anyway.
Man City will win it this year.
I don't see why
sides in Europe have a bye into the third round anyway. Anyway, Wolves ftw.
Oh well.
we'll happily beat you.
Yeovil, traditionally
Getting to round 2
Is so uncool.
I saw a Jan Molby-managed Kiddie side beat Yeovil 4-1 at Aggborough back in the day
Great game. And good smiles from Happy Jan on the sidelines.
^
This.
Wednesday
fucking taught Rotherham a lesson last night. A lesson, I tell you.
I'm happy with Hartlepool at home.
i didn't know you supported wednesday
there are loads of us.
or at least three that i can think of.
anyone going on sunday?
haha
Barnsley at home?
Nice!
Rochdale away!
Is that near Retford?
Home to Northampton
I wanted Leeds or Hartlepool.

glennhoddleishavingagoal
is still my favourite thing ever.
Bizarrely:
I have been offered a free ticket to 2 different games this sunday. Do I go to Ewood Park to see Blackburn vs Arsenal with 3 gooners (I am a spurs fan), or pop round the corner to see Wednesday vs. Wolves?
I'm thinking Championship all the way.
Championship
definitely.
I'd go to Wednesday, fo shizzle
apparently
Derby county are charging away fans £38. Which is ridiculous.
It's far too expensive to watch spurs anymore
:(
that is ridiculous
especially as my season ticket was only £350! can't be £38 for the carling cup, surely? there'll be no-one there as it is!
Not entirely unexpected
Looking at ticket prices yesterday I found that Mansfield Town, yes Mansfield Town, are charging £18 for away fans. Crikey.
Lincoln fan?
I was checking that game out, yeah
I can't afford to get there, but I was curious.
It's ages since I've been to a
Lincoln game. I really should sort that out.
Used to go
quite regularly before 6th form, but I've hardly been since. Not been living anywhere Lincoln, y'see.
anywhere near*
I try and get to most of the London/southern games
as I'm miles away. MILES.
I feel pretty shameful
I only got to the playoff final at Cardiff (from Bristol), been in France for a year, and I was always somewhere else when they were at Bristol Rovers. And then Rovers went and got promoted, the bastards.
Incidentally, did you see Derek Asamoah has just signed for Nice, in the French top flight? Fancy that, eh.
Did he?
Bloody hell. He had a decent season last year as well, the tiny little genius. A better bloody season than he ever had for City, anyway.
Yeah
Shrewsbury aren't happy about the way he did it though.

Football double bubble for me this weekend
Saturday down to the Layerdome to see the Mighty U's take on Barnsley. I reckon Clive Platt could well be on to continue his impressive start to the season. And I get to see super Teddy Sheringham in the blue and white for the first time
Then on Sunday I spend all day on the M4 either coming to or from Ewood Park. Eduardo ftw
They've just signed Adam Virgo on loan, apparently
I think that's a GUD signing.
(also, if you spend allday on the M4, you'll get nowhere near Blackburn)
how does essex>the north
involve the M4?
I don't know actually
But I'm not driving. Just as well!
I dream of Arsenal vs Norwich
in any cup competition
I don't care
We got knocked out by that franchise team who play in Milton Keynes.
i hoe rochdale batter norwich
*Southampton
Rochdale
aren't playing Southampton
It
was a poor attempt to swing the conversation from a cup that we are no longer in to a season-long competition that we just about still have some interest in.
Anyhoo - Wayne Thomas is going to pwn Darren Huckerby like a cheap suit, or whatever the saying is
Huckerby's injured
0-0 it is, then
I will take
46 0-0 results this season. We've started off in the right direction
Norwich 5-2 Barnet
and they had to resort to dirty tactics
fuck
the injury list for england now includes gerrard. Also no Bentley, and quite rightly so. I think he was getting a bit big for his boots. Finally mclaren did something right.
yeah
but hopefully only for the germany friendly - he should be OK for the qualifiers
*all extremities crossed*
Sometimes
I have a peep inside these threads, just to check you're not all secretly talking about something really exciting.
I think our game
will be on Sky too.
Battle of the East Midlands.
hang on
we both know as much as leicester are an irritant, surely it doesn't compare to the biggy?
actually, for personal reasons i hate those potato gorging scumfucks more than forest.
Home to Doncaster.
Obviously the glamour tie of the round.
Apparently we are going to sign Nadjim Abdou on a free. Nope me neither.
