iceland sell smoothies (orange and mango flavour and strawberry and banana flavour) for £1.50/litre
they taste good to me, and don't have any e numbers or extra sugar or anything. the only difference between them and the much more expensive brands is that the apple juice in them (yeah apple juice is used to bulk out almost all juice drinks) is from concentrate.
anyway, i've been drinking a litre of the stuff every work day for a week now.
is this a bad idea?
