like where I live. You're not cool unless you have your shirt and jeans.
I don't really wear shirts outside of work anymore though.
The thing is, I had a run of girlfriends who liked the whole smart look thing so I started to dress for them a bit.
The I realised that despite being 27, I am essentially happiest wearing the same sort of thing I wore when I was 14, knackered old jeans, scuffed trainers and t-shirts.
But, yeah...what's the occasion?
but tuck it in, and pref rock a tie with it.
then rolling home to punch your girlfriend?
OK, but a pair of slacks would be better. A casual button down shirt would be acceptable with jeans. Always tuck shirts in, but ties with jeans? Never!
I nail that look.
you tell em!
is this Prole?
the best button-downs available for a reasonable price. I have lots.
and jeans right now. I think I look really really cool.
am sure i have some from atp in the shirt, jeans, tie combo.
I took it to a posh restaurant, with converse, and winningly, an awesome grey suit jacket.
Tore. It. Up.
The classic Vans work in the same way.

They are a sports shoe!

Are you? Sorry if you are! ;)
'converse and suits
must be the worst thing ever'

im just saying you seem to think everything is the worst thing ever. too much hate!
with a tie?
with a tie?
the very fauxest of pas
skinny-ish jeans, and also only works with certain shirts. a jumper is also a good idea.
I'm telling you, big work ties.
Tear it up.
a button-down Ben Sherman (with back button, box-pleat and loop), tucked into slim Levi's ( with half-inch, sewn-in turn-ups). Then it's a thin merrino v-neck and some sturdy Oxfords. Basically what smart skins or suedeheads wear.
white shirt with light blue jeans = die.
black shirt with light blue jeans = DIE.
other coloured shirts with light blue jeans = icky but forgivable.
actually, light blue denim/"prestressed" denim in general is pretty rank.
if the jeans are dark blue, grey or black, you have slightly more leeway.
and if its a coloured shirt, or checked or anything id say dark denim, but i wouldnt ever wear light blue jeans and a shirt, mainly because i dont like light blue jeans.
Not £8 from Primark?
some of you people need to lighten up on fashion. Shirt and jeans vs. having to see me naked?
hopefully my nose
Or this <gay voice> FAAAAAAAAAABULOUS </gay voice> fitted black shirt to wear with some tight jeans and a belt. rockin'
depending on design, but i do a lot, and i'm pretty cool
