Who would've thought?
the picture loaded slowly from the top and i genuinely thought it was him
also: black flag:
is wrong with a jarman cover story?
Getting kids into Black Flag instead of Kate Nash + Jack Penate = Good.
And not Kate Nash/Jack Penate and I want the whole world to like the same things I do.
It would be good though for the kids to read something about a band who did change independant music for the better.
although even one more kid getting into black flag = win.
however, they also chose to express a mass dislike for hardcore saying something along the lines of "everyone in the office thinks its silly" when it was on the "NME is listening to section".

decide whether I want to punch Kate Nash's massive gormless face, or hump it.
I'm not sure why but I'm still scared.

maybe she does.
Your men took a hell of a beating...

they toured a lot and had their own label.
seeing them co-opted into a cover like that does make me do irrational minimouthpuke though. not through indie elitism or preciousness - i dont even like them that much.
in fact, its almost certainly a good thing. well done.
