way to safely lose a significant amount of weight during a seven week period?
doing this for years!
although i was able to lose about 1-1 1/2 lb a week from eating only at meal times, not snacking and skipping breakfast.
i ended up looking like i had aids and cancer though.

amount - just to lose a bit of the beer belly.
I can't decide if i've got fat since I moved to London...
when i come home, the exercise stops, it's a shock to my body and i snack more...the belly gets bigger and bigger.
the rest of me is the same shape - i just can't fit into the same t-shirts quite as nicely anymore ..... hmmmm
How will that help me lose weight?
it was one of the ones 'lose 7lb in four weeks'
i put on 4 pounds because the diet made me eat more stuff than usual, so i'd say, eat smaller portions of what you already eat
you shouldn't be dieting unless you weigh the same as me, basically...

do some excersise
is difficult. I'm too self conscious to go for a run - also, it's raining...
kills me - i can go for about 12 minutes before dying
i can see you as a chubby baggio or a stout dennis wise.
i am a 6'3" roy keane (less the skill).
I stopped about a year and a half ago (obviously a longer time than 7 weeks, but still).
I went from chubby youngster to frail, oddly shaped, yet thin youngster.
do anything when i became veggie. its really unhealthy to stop eatingmeat to lose weight. my friend became aneimic
what did he eat? pringles rice infusions?
and SHE is still realy unhealthy even though she accuses others of being anorexic!
