losing cds and/or cases

Brooner [Edit] [Delete] 8 replies 11:21, 20 July '07

i have two empty cd cases and one cd without a case, both are rather upsetting, though obviously the lack of cds one is more frustrating. Not sure whether it has disappeared with my flatmate or what :(

pretty annoying huh?

  • yeah

i thought i'd totally lost my copy of Read Music/Speak Spanish by Desaparacidos. then i found it in a box, except it was just the case. so where the CD is, i have no idea :(

  • I get this

though I normally assume that some absolute bastard has put the wrong cd in a case, and then when they found the correct CD for said case, just put that on top of the other one. Why do people do this?

  • At uni this happened to a mate.

He was incredibly intelligent so he decided that the only possible thing that could have happened is the CDs had somehow got lost INSIDE his CD player.

He took the back off and there they all were. Somehow his CD player must have been ejecting them backwards.

    • he was probably pressing the 'inject' button by mistake

    • that's crazy!

did it still work despite that?!

      • I believe so.

He was still using it. I think it only came up in conversation because the case was clearly not screwed on to it properly.
