Enjoyably, mine was the fabulous email@example.com
WOT WOZ URES LOL?
alien and carrala. and it was firstname.lastname@example.org
Still use it for msn!
Well imaginative, yo
to get that one!
email@example.com. Something like that.
I estimate 60% of first email addresses have the work 'cool' in them
I wonder what other people from that forum are doing now. Good times.
A fellow orgster in our midst!
I'm feeling strangely nostalgic and sentimental.
Sadly I only really got into it towards its death where Josh would post continously about how he was Jesus *shudder*
im not telling you what it is, my password is only like 5 letters long before they changed it to a billion num, bers and letters minimum (hotmail that is)
not much better now.
then firstname.lastname@example.org - guess which bands I really liked at the time?
where you could change the .com bit so it was like email@example.com or something. Then you started to have to pay for those so it then became a standard hotmail one
firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, that sort of thing.
i used to change my address everytime i sent an email. I was gutted when they stopped it
sloachar a Pokemon? It should be.
which I still use. firstname.lastname@example.org - named after the REM song, no idea why the '00' since I got it in 2003. Actually, it's quite weird that I didn't have my own email address until I was 16.
Quickly followed up by email@example.com
I simply opted for my name, separated by a trusty underscore. One of my good friends is now a manager of a branch of Abbey and in charge of about twenty or so people. His email is still essexbadboy@...
I used 'z's because I was cool.
one called firstname.lastname@example.org
equally sectarian for his first email address.
you guys should totally hook up!
anyway mine was email@example.com
Djorkaeff was my favourite player at the time
when the great man was in the news, but let it lapse over the years and now I presume it is expired.
just in case anyone thinks I'm being serious.
so I had to put my then street name in
though i did make one called firstname.lastname@example.org, just never used it as i forgot the password
email@example.com when i was deeply in love with Bright Eyes.
I am immensely lame.
so much :D
don't use either.
dous was used by somoene that hacked into my account to find swingers
Yeah I liked the Manics, so what
and about 50 another.com ones. Amazing.
i wanted powerpuffgirl but it wouldnt fit :(
i dont know why i still kept up with that idea when it looks so crap like that.
never put your email address up
i forgot about that
and one on yahoo that I think was
which means there are already 22 mrjihads before him.
i think. i'm not sure why.
it's lame, but i've still got it
cringe. had it since I was twelve and still use it because I can't be arsed to change it.
do i win?
AND I STILL USE IT ON MY CV'S AND JOB APPLICATIONS AND IN LIFE IN GENERAL.
SOme might say one should change one's email.
firstname.lastname@example.org. I picked a random word from the dictionary.
I had a school one before that but it was just numbers.
its a mondo generator song that my teenage brain thought had a particularly rad name at the time.
now it's slightly lame but i'm too blue to change it.
I used to have email@example.com when another.com was free.
I then went on to firstname.lastname@example.org, but I forgot the password and had to make email@example.com, which I have used for about the last six years.
has been active since the mid 90s. It still works, though I don't really use it anymore because by now it is literally full of spam. I won't post it on a public forum because the only consequence would be more spam.
either that or firstname.lastname@example.org or something stupid at school
It wasn't very memorable.
It was 1994. I remember the only people who also had email I knew were a few other people from school at university. Basically it was one of the least used things in my first year. Then I joined the Radiohead email list thing.
I was told to put '69' in by a friend as apparently it is a memorable number. I still use this address.
