possibly THE unsung hero of DiS?
he has 1500+ posts, and i've been aware of his presence, but i know absolutely nothing of the (i assume) man, other than that hes probably called andrew, probably has a surname beginning with k and is maybe 27 or 28 years old.
WHAT GIVES, ANDYK79?
a great DiSser indeed
There are better
he makes me think of andrew wk every timehe posts
is there anything better?
no i'm the *real* unsung hero
LOOK AT ME EVERYONE. PLEEEEEEASE
I think I'm going to need more than that
magnificent person
dubious heather small impression.
oh is he cardiff krew?
have a met/been in the same room as him?
he was cardiff krew
for a few years, but left us a few (5-ish?) years back. now in the idyllic wilds of cambridgeshire, and soon to be charming norfolk i believe.
Or 79 years old
Fingers crossed!
Oh wait
It says in his profile that he's 27. You idiot, Chris.
I hadn't noticed him until now.
Well aren't you a shit
No.
No, I'm not.
i think its the sort of generic chatroom name
name+number thing
if you were called Twats_On_Fire you'd be unavoidable
"get to"?
HAVE TO
I knew most of this!
I'm observant. Yay, come meet us at Field Day!
i knew: a b and c
but i have learn from point erm.
i almost never leave edinburgh so we are unlikely to ever meet. but hello!
I used to live
very near St Ives.
my grandad lives down taht way
we went to st ives once. on the way i met a man with seven... ABANDON BAD JOKE
I'm the ONLY hero of DiS !
End of thread !
you're just an everyday hero...
1000 indie points to anyone who can guess at which song I'm thinking...
I like your picture
You're playing acoustic guitar in what looks like a church or town hall, but...it's slung LOW in RAWK manner, like you really want to be in Queens of the Stone Age.
:D
:D
I like that too!
wow!
my ex girlfriend lives in a wee place just outside St Ives. Such an idylic little village, shame about some of the morose people I encountered on a night out there...
it could well of been holywell...
Full of big houses and vast area's of land... Was about a 10 min drive to St Ives, which remains one of the most achingly beautiful places I've been.
Do you know a pub called the Cock?
Bit swanky, buried inbetween cottages and country lanes... She used to work there, would pop in every now and again.
That whole area of Cambs just seemed lovely from start to finish.
i used to live in
holywell-cum-needingworth!
and the food in The Cock
is good. It's a lovely pub.
It is nice.
The Ferry Boat is good too. They've recently done the Queens Head up, on Needingworth High Street but I used to like the ramshackle charm of the old version.
no takers
for 1 000 inide points then...
I bought a Rialto single!
...
whatever happened
to the heroes?
i love this thread
So, Evolution...
whatsitallabout, eh?
evolution
is the theory that a fish once gave birth to a man. His name was Jesus and he broke his body into pieces of bread, from which all other men were made.
The notion that a fetus grows inside a woman is clearly rubbish. How does it get in there in the first place, eh?
^ and how the hell is it suppoed to get out
eh? EH????
I heard his name was Stan Lazaridis...
Just goes to show you should believe everything you see on Eurotrash.
i wish you would
Me too
I NEED TO KNOW WHAT GOES ON
yeah
but one of them's wrong.
Hmmmm....
I prefer my religious types to believe what they're told - I'm always disappointed my sensible Christians who believe in science AND God. Bring back brimstone.
Maybe, but I don't think so.
I see the God/Science thing as like a big pie of knowledge. And the God portion is getting smaller and smaller as the Science one gets bigger.
or maybe I'm just being contrary.
never mind. nuff respec bra
Possibly both.
Keep an open mind?
Truly
a hero of DiS.
He will have skills of Infiltration and Concealment
