to make a laptop that doesnt give you 3rd degree burns on your legs if you've been using it for longer than half an hour? It's so annoying, why do they not bother doing anything about it? its a pretty big design fault. is there no possible solution? how do YOU position your laptop?

  • I sit it on the arm rest of the chair I' in or a table or something.

However, that kind of defeats the poin t of it being a LAPtop.

  • im a bit worried it'll give me testicular cancer

if leave it on my lap. so i put it beside me most of the time.

is there no possible way i can leave my laptop on for more than 48 hours without it overheating and shutting itself down?
