I have done some damage to my left knee... in yoga yesterday morning.. I was doing some stupid moves (but using extra padding on knees) and have done, I fear, some permanent damage. My knees were already sore/arthritic (and people of all ages can get arthritic knees so watch what you say here) but I'm in PAIN. I can't walk properly... it's looking a bit, err, swelled, the kneecap is.
What to do???
I have Tiger Balm somewhere but is that just masking the problem.
