i like the ones that are so mature they form little salt crystals. Mmmm.
but mature FTW!!!
having said that, all REAL cheese has i's place, you just need to know where that is, so i refuse to contribute to this silly battle of one of the greatest things ever
somewhere between strength 5 and 6, ideally from canada or wales.
the salt crystals are the sad but, i think, mostly unavoidable price to pay for the incredible and astonishing joy of extra mature cheddar.
but on toast it can be too strong, medium cheddar and worcester(shire?) sauce on toast ftw obv wtf lol
beats all cheeses, not just cheddars.
But nothing can detract from the boringness of the thread.
