Dear All

It has been brought to my attention that the cleaning staff have had the unenviable task of cleaning up excrement in the ladies toilet that had been smeared on the floor, toilet and walls in a cubicle on the ground floor ladies toilet suite on Tuesday and today on the first floor ladies suite.

This is obviously not acceptable behaviour - I am asking you to be vigiliant and if you are unfortunate to experience this happening on the 2nd floor that you report it immediately to me.
