i have been up all night meeting a deadline..second time in 3 days.
i fel liek dying..
i;m taking the rest of the day off?
But am prone to ruining my body clock for the next day.
a) stay awake and sleep at a normal time, say 9pm
b) sleep when i get home ,say 1:30pm and get up after x hours and then sleep in the vening again?
c) collapse and hope i wake up in the morning?
