Im going with the Glasweigan one.
It beckons comedy gold.
in the WORLD!!! :)
I may be slightly biased...
Love that accent
Oh shit thats wrong as well, you get my drift
rural scottish with an Irish twang. HOT
with Scottish too. Anywhere north of Edinburgh.
who comes from the 'posh' side of geordieland. Her accent is really very lovely.
I hate about Newcastle is the fucking horrible accent.
I much prefer the accent of people from my homeland (Northern Ireland).
Makes me all weak at the knees.
On womens, anyway.
That and Brummie women.
I think I like the Yorkshire accent because it's all homely and nice. Hmm.
yuck. just when I was ready to let you back in the gang.
for some reason i get really annoyed with irish accents. I think it may be the way they ALWAYS ask for mayonnaise instead of butter. Irish people: is this an irish thing?
they'll ask for a cheese sandiwich with mayonnaise, i'll say 'would you like butter?' and they'll look at me as if i'm stupid and say 'no. i want *mayonnaise*'
YOU CAN HAVE BOTH, YOU TWATS
maybe it's just me, but i always put butter on my sandwiches, regardless of having mayo or not. It's a sauce, like relish or something.
butter is essential in all sandwiches.
I always have butter and mayonaisse.
Best is Norfolk.
and I couldn't agree more.
2. Moderately middle class north london
If I was allow to include 'Dublin' it would come in between those two...
because I am biased.
My own personal favourite is the Irish accent on a woman. Not technically the UK but whatever...
or one of the scottish highlands dialects. very lyrical and pretty.
why can't you change this title to -
'best accent' <--- easier.
if that ffs was at me.
is the same as saying 'english' accent.
so you have to differentiate. and i'm being pedantic.
the FFS was to anyone :)
any Scottish really but it is nice and soft.
The only ones I don't really like are Essex and strong Mancunian.
best accent - SCOTTISH
AND northern. in general. namely, manchester. or leeds. just northern.
AND londony also. that's good.
you mean like posho London/home counties, or cockerney apples and pears blimey guv?
actually i spose i just mean the general southern accent.
is quite nice.
