Having the ring of truth or plausibility but actually fallacious: a specious argument.

too poor to afford anything through there, unless it's in edmonton or something...

at £305 a month:
This is an old, very large, dilapidated house that harks back to an earlier era. It wouldn't suit most people, but if this is the sort of place you would like it is hard to find! If you are a thinker and not too concerned with surface matters then you might find it attractive. Perhaps a mountaineer, or rough traveller, or an architect. The room faces south so gets a lot of sun. It's painted white, with a desk and bookshelves. The house has a bathroom and a shower room and two separate toilets. The shared kitchen is large, an adjoining dining/sitting room opens onto a garden with a long view to woods across a sunken railway. People tend to be busy with interesting jobs, but we talk when we meet and occasionally eat together.
i remember seeing that advertised about 9 months ago too
too so don't feel like a big man for hijacking a thread...
www.findaproperty.com is good, although can be a litttttle overpriced but you're usually assured of some level of quality.
