is what people think of the theory that wifi routers are as damaging and carcinogenic as mobile phone masts?
not worth worrying about. Bigger things like global warming to take care of.
have the wifi router in their bedroom, and turn it off when they go to bed, cos theyre scared its killing them. and one was complaining of headaches before she's heard about the healthscare (which ive heard of nowhere else)
but they pay for the internet, so what am i to do but come to the kitchen and steal from the neighbours?
any other links will be appreciated
there was a big thing about this in Sweden recently - some countryside area switched on their wi-fi coverage and everyone got nausea and headaches so they switched it off again
apparently, if you live in the woods you can really feel the difference but if you live in the city it's hardly noticeable
we all spend time in wi-fi areas. Plenty of us spend virtually 100% of our time in them. If they are particularly harmful then either they'll cure cancer or those of us who don't die of something else first will get killed by it. Oh well.
well, the body electric is a fairly new thing in western science and medecine - it has applications as well as dangers
like anything that suddenly becomes present in the environment that organisms haven't evolved to deal with there will be some organisms that can't deal with it
And you are right, there will inevitably be organisms that cannot deal with this new 'environment'.
there's an eminent Swedish doctor who has been researching electric effects on the body for some years and actually has developed a pretty effective electro treatment for cancer
this isn't some quack either - it's the guy who invented biopsy...
let me find a link or two..
yes, he ain't a quack awright.
Wasn't Philadelphia (or somewhere) the first city to get like city-wide wifi a few years back? Presumably it'll only be a generation before we can see if there's a massive hike in cancer rates, but that'll be long enough for us all to be fucked.
If we will be. The headaches issue is interesting, and requires more research, but plenty of things can give you a headache without sending you to death without passing go.
remember the effect on powerlines and what happened to people who lived close to them? cancer.
wifi routers are just as completely undamaging and uncarcinogenic as mobile phones.
then the population of Norwich will be slowly wiped out. Especially all the children with their soft heads.
I'm so confused right now. Must be the all the wifi around here.
I'm already a hypochondriac Anschul, I don't need this as well.
broadband connection. So I'm gonna live! :D
Not that wifi causes death, far from it.
'A social death that preceeds the physical one'
And you can hold me to that.
