I love a good caper
But I'm also terrifed of the Coen's pissing away their glorious legacy. Hopefully their 'dip' in form has finished.
im pretty sure its gonna be shit.
will most surely suck.
Poor Alan Moore :-(
And Tom Cruise has expressed an interest in the role of Ozymandias. Though he is kind of suited in a mental-deluded-rich-bloke kind of way.
I love Tintin more than most things. And I'd rather see Jackson and Spielberg involved than, say, Bruckheimer. But unless they do a completely faithful adaptation of one of the books, I'm gonna be upset. And even if they do, the chances of them getting it EXACTLY right are approximately 1 in lots.
has got generally good reviews and seems to be considered something of a return to form.
might help out a bit - he's such a comic nerd that I doubt he'll want to tinker too much with it. Spielberg on the other hand will want to make a big emotional climax where Captain Haddock is revealed to be Tintin's father.
he was the best marvel character too.
