What a farce.

We are as far from the 2005 Ashes team as is possible. Michael Vaughan has turned into the demi-god amongst the establishment whilst Flintoff has forgotten how to play. We keep giving call-ups to nobodies who'd struggle to skittle my gran on a 22-yarder (see Sidebottom...) and Steve Harmison clearly hates the game.

Someone needs some backbone to save those performers who could make us great (KP, Panesar...er...Cook? Collingwood? Prior?)
