SO SO SO SO SO Boring except the beginning on the second half.
I hope something exciting happens in extra time.
..But the BBC live text report thing is more boring than cutting my toenails.
then went back here turned on music n put on BBC text commentry.
BBC text comentry not comming up with much things to say and the 0 - 0 scoreline suggests I was right to leave it.
You are my new favourite DiSer.
I think ur my new fav too, just cause of the shere randomness involved in our convosations XD
exaggerated score prediction is out the window then. :(
1705: Rio Ferdinand launches himself to meet a header as if coming off a trampoline.
the drama added there, i love how they are calling it a war of attrition too! anything to add excitment to this
1706: Wayne Rooney slams the turf in a mixture of frustration and anger as he fails to win a free-kick.
1712: Former Arsenal and Liverpool midfielder Michael Thomas gives a big yawn up in the posh seats as the game resumes for the final time.
and tilt your head a little to the left. ;)
ur a mircacle worker! w00p w00p
it still seems rather stupid to comment on that though! but makes it all the clearer i shouldnt of watched it so yipeee!
The pace is slowing. How this is even possible, i have no idea..
ARE WE GOING BACK IN TIME?!
1715: The substitute is substituted.
lol but i cant get in touch with my friend, i think he died O_O
I wasn't really rooting for anyone, but I felt strangely disappointed when that goal went in.
I think i actually wanted man u to win, but that is such an alien feeling to me that my brain tried to reject it for as long as possible.
do the loser walk, losers!
Another reason why corporate football has killed the game in this country.
it's not just this country. The majority of high-stakes finals around the world now are boring games, because a)nobody wants to lose and b) the defences are usually so good that it takes a moment of brilliance or a stupid mistake to score a goal.
The FA cup final is not usually noted for fantastic games. Perhaps one out of 5, if you're lucky.
it made me sad, GOD i hate drogba and chelsea in general. hate. so much hate. also hate at mummy calling me AS SOON AS DROGBA SCORED to laugh at me so i picked up the phone and said "don't even bother" and hung up. i hate this keyboard it's so clanky.
Overpaid players all looking like they couldn't care less. Why can't all cup finals be like last year's? :-(
I want compensation for not revising to watch something for all intents and purposes didn't happen.
We were in almost total control for the almost whole game, but just couldn't bloody score.
And then it looked as though it was going to penalties and that Man U might nick it. Fortunately Drogba did the business and we won.
Definitely one for the fans rather than the neutral.
On another tack, although the new Wembley is much easier to get into and away from than previously, having the players get the Cup way up on a gantry rather than on the pitch is lame. And the stewards seemed to want to get the players off the pitch rather than let them celebrate - they were like bouncers clearing a gig because there is a club night afterwards.
Still, I got my money's worth, and I'm looking forward to the Premiership next year - we're going to get our title back.
how did it end?! did she get the money?
it was a fucking terrible match, and the pitch looked pretty ropey as well.
they say that it's because big clubs "cancel each other out", i say that it looked more like at least half of them couldn't be arsed. particularly the blues.
wright-philips, rooney, and giggs were the only ones playing like they REALLY wanted to win. everyone else seemed happy to let to plod on to extra time or penalties.
