I just had one and it was great. :D
I always feel so icky afterwards. I need to have two or three baths consecutively to wash all the icky out.
I had an exam at half 9 this fine morn'. I didn't get to sleep until 3 last night and was up at half 7 so I *really* needed that nap.
Awake just in time for dinner too, jackpot!
you eat dinner a bit early, no?
5 o clock is standard. I can't last much later than that.
dinner's reallya 7-8 affair unless you have small children.
Guess you just get used to a certain time, 5 to be means dinner time.
school/work time. And is only a few hours after lunch, which seems quite silly.
Plenty of time to make dinner AND lunch is at like 1.
hours of unwinding first. Four hours between meas is pointless.
7 or 8 is too late, 5 is a bit too early
I used to wake up and feeling really weird and out of time. Now, it's almoist like I don't have a body clock, any time feels natural for me to sleep.
I have a friend that can't function without regular 'power naps'. It's bordering on pathetic
Power through it, man!
and the only reason ive lasted at uni.
but then im weird and can only work in the small hours.
and almost jet lagged after them, and I can never get to sleep at night if I fall asleep in the day.
I HAVE to get up tomorrow to revise but it's all a big chain reaction I guess
that's exactly how I feel if I ever have a 'power' nap. I once combined one with sunstroke and woke up feeling more confused than I've ever felt in my entire life.
I feel like I'm walking about in a daze. Sometimes I can't tell if I'm awake or not.
