I hope Dave Whelan gets his way... don't you?
he is sour faced git who is only moaning cos he might be going down.
what a whinger
but the team have also turned it around, look at robert green.
Carlos has saved us. Whelan is a bitter shit who team are atrocious.
I went to wigan - hammers the other weekend and wigan have no fight, no passion, no cochesion and literally silent fans, i have no sympathy for them.
The hammers fans were singing "You're only good at rugby", and the Wigan fans sang the same thing back? WTF? Idiots.
They won't be relegated because West Ham had a player who had a not even fully against the rules contract, they'll be relegated because they've played appalling football all term and constantly blame other people for their troubles.
i wonder if he would be wining if he was in the top of the table
Of course he wouldn't be. it's not relevent.
(not that I like him in any way, of course.)
we all think he is a complete twatt and paul jewell is a thick scouser
hate here. I'm eventempted to call my future pet chinchilla after him
but he seems one of the more astute managers in the league. It's disappointing the fact that he's a scouser has coloured your view of him.
I really hope Wigan stay up and West Ham go down. If West Ham stay up, after all the shit and cover-ups they've tried to pull with Tevez, then it will be a disgrace.
"if Wigan were at the top of the table" argument.
As if Man U or Chelsea wouldn't do the same if they were in Wigan's position.
its the middle teams that get hurt, the "almosts" that take the real pain whilst the so called "Big Teams" (i mean shit, Newcastle a "Big Team" what a load of horseshit) get away with it
so so much.
you need a few more whinney centre forwards
viva las tevez
i hope he scores against Manure United
i like the fact that the race down at the bottom has been thrilling, what ever the outcome.
best of luck to all teams
i just feel that the talk of clubs suing is pathetic, it aint gonna happen.
move on people
(the scouser joke was exactly that, no offense)
this is the problem with the premiership
Tevez isnt the problem, WH's cuntishness is.
They should get docked the points and go down in a ball of hell fire. Fucks
they are the new 'dons', expect them to be playing against AFC Wimbledon soon.
he needed time to get used to english football but the fact that west ham broke the law should mean some sort of point deduction because 5.5 mil isnt as much as what wigan will miss out on if they get relegated.
and without Tevez west ham are nothing. (atm anyway)
for everything...When he wasn't playing/playing well West Ham had no hope...Even the mighty Alan Hansen wrote them off.
But now he has kicked into gear the team seem to have turned back the clock to last year.
Haven't seen much of Neil - wasn't he injured?
And Green against the Gunners was fantastic!
its not bollocks, your blind ingnorace is
not going to find much sympathy here. I'd say Tevez is just about the most popular player in the Prem.
he's perfect for this league: fast, strong and skillful.
it wasn't his fault west ham broke the rules, just becuase of him.
i love him.
all those facts make me think he is probably fantastically good looking too.
perhaps sean ought to start hanging around the boylen ground.
he has been importrant but the team have upped the anti, we are playing how we should have played in september.
diego does work for white stick society
But I can see why Dave Whelan is pissed off.
I've never liked West Ham, so I don't feel much sympathy.
They got fined for having a player play illegally, rather than docked points. That’s what happened as far as I can tell from the “laymans terms” media I have been reading and listening to of late.
If the player played illegally then he was part of a team, and made some of those precious points that West Ham have. Therefore, they should be docked points as Tevez shouldn’t have been playing and influencing the outcome of the game.
When I was little playing in the South Chiltern Minor League, we were thrown out of the cup because we fielded an ineligible player. The fans (parents) didn’t know this, the players didn’t know this, but the player and the manager knew.
I heard the judge say that they shouldn’t dock West Ham points because it was “not fair on the fans”, what like it was not fair on the parents of my football team who drove us to training, paid for our kits, the registration to the league, car pooled to take us to games and stood on the touchline under an umbrella for 90mins every week and even ran the line if it was their turn. We didn’t complain, we did something wrong, and were punished. West Ham did something wrong and weren’t punished. They should have been docked points and should already be relegated.
It doesn’t matter what your opinion on Tevez as a player is, as far as I can tell he’s pretty shit hot and the only reason West Ham have a glimmer of hope of staying in the Premiership this season. Which is exactly why they should be docked points and relegated
but you're a cunt. Probably a West Ham supporting cunt and as i am not a West Ham sympathiser in any form i probably have a skewiffed view of the situation, as a Reading supported i wish every bit of bad luck on West Ham, and on Charlton. You fucks. Big club my ass. Go fuck yourselves.
How can a player who is ineliegable, who influences the outcome of the game, who scores goals which help the team win the game, not lead to the FA docking points due to the players influence. Relegation costs a hell of a lot more than 5.5million. Its out of fucking line.
Did you read the bit on what the judge said "its not fair on the fans" fuck that, its not about the fans of west ham, what about the clubs which Tevez helped west ham to beat or draw with whilst being an inelidgeable player? huh?
Fuck You. I hope West Ham get the TOUGH JUSTICE you deserve.
Get ready to be the most hated team in the land
Firstly i would call you a cunt to your face. Don't worry about that. If you came up with that shit i would mouth off just like i did against some Chelsea supporting cunt in Milton Keynes over Christmas.
Secondly did you not read the BBC text i posted, hmm, intersting.
give a toss, sorry about the 6-0 pummeling my team gave yours on new years day, oh wait a minute, i'm not sorry, we shat all over you. It was some sort of fucking record, oh yeah, biggest defeat of the season. Woot Woot!
fact that you would call him a cunt to his face makes your argument the winning one.
Well done you
in your picture.
From the BBC Website
The commission concluded that a deduction of points "would normally follow from such a breach of rules".
But gave reasons for not deducting points as
1) A points deduction so late in the season might have consigned the club to relegation
2) The players and fans of West Ham are in no way to blame for the situation and therefore should not suffer
take Leeds, they were not statistically relegated, but were still docked points which factually relegated them. Can you say West Ham are in any different situation? No, its THE SAME FUCKING THING
YOU BREAK THE RULES YOU PAY THE PRICE
Fans. I will not even go into what a pathetic, cowardly and absolutely gutter level excuse that is. What about Football fans in general not seeing justice done? What about other clubs near the bottom, what about their fans? What about the fans of other clubs who hate West Ham, what about them? What about the LAW? Huh?
Fuck You. The Premier League is Corrupt. If that was Sheffield United, Reading, Watford, Bolton, Portsmouth, Sunderland, Birmingham, West Brom, Wigan, they'd be docked points instantly. Thats a cold hard FACT
and the Championship is much more fun anyway.
I don't see what all the fuss is about.
the fact you don't see what the point is, is exactly the reason why you should shut the fuck up and stop acting like a cunt.
Wigan won't get a massive parachute payment, that doesnt kick in until next season. Tool.
The Championship whilst it may look "fun" to you is a League that is a fucking nightmare to get out of, and as if you weren't already aware, the Premiership is the best football league in the world and the league which every player and every team dreams of playing in. Not only that, the money that you get in it pales in insignificance when compared to the Premiership
Now Fuck Off
I only put that so flippantly because I saw how easily wound up you were.
I know all about how devastating being relegated from the premiership can be - I support Coventry.
Incidentally, I actually agree with you largely. If I was a Wigan fan I wouldn't be at all happy about any of this.
What's with all the abuse anyway? It just makes you look really, really stupid.
I do indeed Whelan gets his way
although it'd mean us losing on the last day of the season
football team. west ham are. plus tevez is in an argentinian pop band: http://www.myspace.com/piolavago101
which, to the best of my knowledge, can't be said of dave whelan
of saying Wigan arent a real football team. Shows you are not just a cunt, you are a proper cunt
thats about as well written as your articles
perhaps we should stick to crown green bowling and rugby league? cockmaster.
in fact, i can't help but wonder if these clubs had kept their gobs shut and got on with it on the pitch they might not have been in this position now and west ham would have gone down regardless. the hammers only have a chance of staying up because for the last month or so they've been awesome. they're on an upward motion now, and i think would be more benefitial to making the league competitive next season than Emile fucking Heskey and route one.
and being serious, can you really say you couldn't see Neil "Colin Wanker" Warnock throwing the game if West Ham are losing. that's even worse, in my book.
wasn't the actual main reason for no points because it was another board? not because of the fans or relegation.
other clubs should take it up with Mr Brown, and, if Tevez is illegal, what's the situation with his friend up at Liverpool? Did they rip up that agreement too? The league checked the deal over, but if he is legally able to play, then surely Tevez must be too, so there's not an issue with him turning out now/against Wigan, which is sourfaced Whelan's latest rant.
one of their big wigs was on the radio this morning. they seemed to have no passion for football what so ever. i hope they go down.
whole furore about the decision not to dock West Ham points needs to be left alone now, no further punishment will be handed out at all. Rightly or wrongly. That said, to then complain that one team might not give their all in order that another team might get relegated, kind of puts you in the same category as those that are whining about the Tevez decision. I can't stand Warnock in the slightest, but I don't doubt for a second that his team will be doing nothing but trying to win their game
what a pratt, just debate you dont have to get pig thick about it.
