BUT WAIT! A difference!
Obviously Europe is the best continent and everything, but why the lack of available foreign cheeses? Are they rubbish? Or do the French/swiss/italians etc have such a grip on the cheese market that the only non-European cheese I'm able to find on the shelves of my local food emporium is 'mexicana' or whatever?
If the rest of the world does indeed enjoy cheese, what good ones am I missing out on?
