and I mean cheapy cheapy

how to do this?
I have cut out alcohol and buying cds, and I buy loads of the reduced section in sainsburys. I have also decided to cut down to one big meal at about 3-4 so that I have to buy less food.

any more tips?

also, if anyone knows of cheapy food shops in brighton do tell, cos then I wont have to starve myself
