As a result I seem to be having 4 poo's-a-day.
last week i started my drink 1.5l of water a day and now i am constantly pissing. in my trousers, in my shoes, on the floor, out the window.
i played football last night. I'm still fat though.
I actually can't imagine that! Were you any good?
I was playing some some kids I work with as part of a programme. I was Ok I suppose. I didn't embarass myself or anything and I actually scored. I ache though.
midweek drinking, and I've got the most godawful stomach cramps today.
but take loads of vitamins
