This is everyone's fault but mine.
we can battle
Constantly tired, really blocked up nose, headaches, dizzy spells. BLAH.
more fruit and veg, more water, regular meals. Gets more vitamins in you. In the short term you need more sleep and relaxation time.
Usually when you're constantly tired its either diet or you don't have enough iron. If you don' eat properly you have no energy. I often feel like that so I've started eating more fruit and trying to eat more fod more regularly.
blocked nose - hmm you may just have a cold and in that case you could et some eucalyptus oil from a health store and drop it in some boiling water then with a towel over your head inhale the fumes to clear your head.
You don't get hayfever do you?
You're right on all counts (and yes, I do get hay fever too).
I need to sort my diet out. Big time.
work from bed, you can take little naps then
four in a row earlier in the week, but it doesn't feel like that.
You're un down from over exertion and now you're paying the price. Feeling run down leaves you susceptible to illness.
