Yep, it's that time again... i'm going to cycle round
London for charity. 13 May, 32 miles, all for the
Stroke Association (and, seeing as i've been LAZY and FAT for the last six months, i might be in need of their help after this one...)

So yes, i've got the begging bowl out and i want YOU to sponsor ME.

But not just me, oh no. I've also
unilaterally volunteered my fine lady Sally into it as
well - i promise you, if we get over £500 in our namesalone, i'll do the last stretch (which is about 7
miles) naked. I
