well not the knees but there are a lot of bees all around my house, crawling in the little vents and generally buzzing about

I think they are masonry bees and therefore solitary, not stingy and unlikely to be becoming the heaving buzzy mass of honey and fluff Mr S imagines inside our walls eroding the house FROM WITHIN but even so...does anyone have bee knowledge are they harmful or pretty nature leave it alone?
