I'm yet to try it.
But just strong cheddar will do for me.
the cheese with chili's that ASDA do.
and Halloumi (have you had Halloumi on a pizza? - encroyable!)
I must try this manchego of which you and bobby speak
my dad once gave me some asparagus, slices of hard boiled egg, and sprinkled them with grated manchego. It was actually amazing.
bit a bit strange. it tastes like nuts.

they used to deliver to my brother when he was living in Japan, so I'm sure they can send some to Brighton :-)
