this just gets more and more interesting
that he was about to expose match-fixing on a mass scale.
his ghostwriter and associates say he wasn't planning to and wouldn't have done so in a public fashion anyway. Even if he was, it's not exactly turned the spotlight away from the issue:
is that he was just killed by a psycho fan, considering how soon it was after Pakistan's exit...
cos that happens all the time.
how the world's most intensely boring sport could produce such a story.
I thought it was boring, until that series.
Cricket doesn't have any of the entertaining aspects of sport. Ie. tension, flow, or atmosphere.
A game of cricket seems like a process that has to be carried out, just in order to find the result at the end. There's hardly ever any emotion from anyone. Its just like a kind of 'Lets get this over with' attitude. Apart from the odd time they run up to each other and give eachother high fives.
Its just so tedious. I'd rather watch horse racing.
i don't think 'tension' is an essential aspect of sport. even so, you can get it in Cricket.
i really liked watching the channel 4 test match coverage. such a nice atmosphere.
Its not what I want from sport. I want it to get my pulse racing and make me shout at the telly. I don't want to sit back with a glass of wine, and relax, as the days events unfold before me.
but i quite like that about it. it's unlike any major sport in that sense.
i see what you're saying though.
or maybe just go away. You're not funny.
after being murdered...
